Gratitude List

Appreciating what we have in our lives is the first step in creating the right mindset. Oftentimes, we tend to focus on what we do not have in our lives, making it easy to overlook all the good in our lives.

Focusing on negative brings and overall negative result; in your health, in your attitude and in your soul.

Spend a few minutes each morning to give thanks, appreciate, and gratitude for what you are blessed with.

You can't even imagine the benefits of creating and maintaining a gratitude list.

  • It will get you in the right mindset to start your day
  • It helps you appreciate all the good in your life
  • Keeps you in a positive mood
  • Helps you focus on the abundance in your life

Creating a Gratitude list is a simple exercise that will get your thoughts focused on the abundance in your life. For example, spend a few minutes right now and think... what am I grateful for?

I am grateful for.... (what?)

Examples:
I am grateful for my family
I am grateful for my health
I am grateful for the sun
I am grateful for flowers
I am grateful for my home
I am grateful for the telephone
I am grateful for water

It can be the most simplest thing... but when we re-read what we're grateful for, we can see that it is something that has changed our life in a positive way and we need to be grateful for that :D gratitude and appreciation will get you in the right mindset to attract more of the same good things into our lives.

Start your own gratitude list, write it down, create a journal, or simply tweet it with twitter. Try to think of a new gratitude each day ;)

Make it a point to do it on a daily basis and you'll notice a benefit to this simple exercise.
